This smoothie is easy to make any time of the year since both mangoes and blackberries can be found in the frozen fruit section of your local grocery store. If you are using all frozen fruit I suggest letting it thaw a little bit or else you will end up with more of an ice cream consistency rather than a smoothie consistency.
3 cups of fresh or frozen blackberries
6 cups of fresh or frozen mango
4 medjool dates, pitted
3 cups of water
